EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES for CHILDREN

During the fall and spring, children from kindergarten through 5th grade are encouraged to participate in Sunday school from 9:50-10:50am. The first 20 minutes are spent "making a joyful noise" in Children's Choir, after which they enjoy a fun-filled activity and lesson in class.

The early elementary class (kindergarten and 1st grade) is held in Room #10 and led by Renee Henry. The children are using the Live B.I.G. curriculum and learn about the love of God through Jesus so they can live their "Belief In God!"

The middle elementary class (2nd and 3rd grade) is held in Room #19 and led by Ryan Biter. Ryan's class uses Progressive Christianity's "A Joyful Path" curriculum, which celebrates a joy-filled life, compassion for all, and the wisdom within!

The 4th and 5th grade class meets in Room #22 with leaders Tom Cosner and Lisa Lee. This group uses "Action: A Parable Drama Study" to really experience the message!
