ORGANIZATION

FFCC operates under the leadership of a Presbyterian or Methodist pastor with help and guidance from the FFCC Board of Trustees, which consists of 15 voting members plus the Pastor, Board of Trustees Clerk, and Program Director. Trustees serving on the Board are nominated by the Nominating Committee and elected by the Congregation. Trustees serve as liaisons between the Board and ministry teams. In addition to ministry teams, there is also a Youth Advisory Board and Pastor's Advisory Committee.
