CHRISTIAN EDUCATION FOR YOUTH
FFCC senior high youth meet on Sundays during the school year at 10:00am in Room #24 for a Sunday morning activity and discussion. The youth are currently viewing episodes from Joan of Arcadia, a popular TV series from 2003, in which a teenage girl sees and speaks with God and performs tasks that she is given. The show was critically acclaimed and won various awards, and was also nominated for an Emmy – click here for more information on Joan of Arcadia. After viewing an episode, the youth have an opportunity to discuss their thoughts and how the ideas presented may relate to their own lives. This class is led by Becky Weber.
The junior high youth group meets at 10am for activities led by Youth Leaders Aimee Klear and Kate Downing. They are using the Kingdom Experiment for their discussions.
There are monthly youth fellowship activities - stay tuned! If you would like more information about youth group at FFCC, please contact Rachel Davis, Program Director or Youth Leaders Aimee Klear and Kate Downing.
